I just wish I could share my work for specific math and science problems as well but I don’t know how to

Used to be great for showing how to work through problems. Ever since the AI update, questions I send to “experts” are just answered by AI, and 9 times out of 10 it either just restates the question in the answer or makes up false equations that if you try to use don’t actual work. The only thing Chegg is useful for anymore is accessing old questions that were answered by real people before this update, and even then you have to search through google to find those questions.

This app used to save my life trying to study but here recently all the answers have been 50/50 incorrect, even the expert verified ones. Additionally, expert verified answers may take almost a day to even get answered and it’s absolutely absurd. I also have yet to have a question that chegg AI can even get right

I had over a thousand flashcards in Chegg that are no longer available to me making this app less than useless to me and anyone else in my situation.

I personally hate the use of AI in Chegg specifically because I can access chat GBT for free and it gives me the same accuracy. I pay for Chegg because I believe there going to help me the use of AI has declined the success rate of correct answers and completely took away everything I enjoyed about the app. For example, not basing the questions off the photos and not allowing more then one photo. I use chegg mainly for accounting and it includes journals and charts that are difficult to type out and hard for AI to decode. I enjoyed the app before the new update.

I have had an account for several years. I depend on using the Flashcards feature for my work. Suddenly, they deleted all of my flashcards when they changed things and left me high and dry. I was screwed at my job thanks to this app.

Cannot find any good people answers. Terrible new design, not accurately finding questions that I ask. Every single response is from AI, THANK YOU I COULD USE CHAT GPT MUSELF FOR FREE! Very unsatisfied, my last time buying subscription(((((

What they do, they do well. What they don’t tell you is that they will take your material and keep you from gaining access to it. One of the functions that they have had bundled was the function of flashcards. Without any notification, they simply deleted access to the flashcards. When asked, they said they still had them, but that they could not send them back to me. they indicated they could not give me a time when they would correct the situation. It has been over three months. Realize that anything you put on their app you were likely to lose, so back everything up.

I only have 20 opportunities to get help from an expert, ridiculous. And on top of that it doesn’t allow me to edit any of the part of the problem that have been sent in order to provide more information. Useless app for “expert” help. Why do I even pay for this? Feel like this is something I’d watch a set of ads for. Weak.
