Never realized as a member of e-fax for years, that this is way too easy and saves my time. At first we have to go to store and fax documents, till I realized I need an App of e-fax to resolve all my fax issues. Thank you e-fax.

The email verification process seems to be lagging substantially. This delayed my ability to send an important fax document and also delayed my ability to have an important legal process and citizenship process completed in time. Waiting over 30 minutes for an email verification is difficult but when it is over 2 hours, it is simply bad business. I checked my spam and deleted files, and nothing. Do not use this service.

I chose the free trial and they still charged me $19. SCAMMERS, DONT DOWNLOAD!

Paid for this app to send some important documents that I later learned were never received. Every week I get several SPAM faxes for auto junk yards and psychic palm readers. Biggest waste of $19.99.

Didn’t ask me for a password when I setup account and paid, then asked me when I attempted to use. I had no password- asked to reset. Said I would receive an email and never did. So I’m out $16 and couldn’t complete the fax. I cancelled immediately but lost first months payment.

The app started by not allowing me to do anything until I pay 16.99 to use their services; once I got in they said my account didn’t “have a correct password”, despite never asking for a password.

I set up an account they sent a link to confirm my email. I continue to get errors that they cannot verify my email so after 20 minutes I went in and canceled the subscription which was supposed to be free for several days …30 minutes later my Apple account was charged… I have contacted them regarding getting a refund because it was their companies error not mine …after being on “instant “ chat for 20 minutes I was finally told that I had to dispute through iTunes…after that comment when I questioned it …they instantly close the chat, so I cannot respond anymore.

Said one month free. Guess who got charged the next day? POSs
