If a host promises you a refund in 5-9 business days and changes their mind after never sending said refund don’t expect air bnb to hold the host accountable. I would post pictures but there is not option to do that.

Got an email from Airbnb this morning saying my account was suspended. Why? Because I used the word “hispanic” in my review.

Please bring back the filters for A Frame/Cottage etc. So hard to find unique stays now!

In my opinion & from experience, Airbnb does not care about customers experience. They failed to protect me from a host retaliating for filing a complaint & canceling my stay. It seems like money is more important to them. But where will the money come from when customers like myself stop using their platform. I’m absolutely disgusted by how little regard they have for women traveling solo. Not a company worth spending money with.

Pitiful company! especially Kim from the air bnb low support team and they don’t know or care that there are people selling drugs and running illegal air bnbs such as trap houses. I truly got punch by a drunk guy randomly in the first 5 mins of moving in for a few days and reported it to Airbnb and then they tried to blame me because I reported it like I supposed too! I have a daughter and these days compared to years ago in Los Angeles is absolutely disrespectful and illegal on there app.

It keeps defaulting to experiences search and it’s so annoying

Sent in a reservation for a place for a week. The reservation was canceled and now I’m out $750 for the next two weeks because it apparently takes two weeks to transfer something that took me five seconds to pay for.
