Depuis la nouvelle version à sortir, la fonction de chercher un colis marche plus. C’est terrible d'avoir à saisir un code postal à chaque fois à la recherche d'un package après s'être déjà connecté à mon compte, ce qui entraîne une fenêtre nulle / impossible de calculer les résultats.

Bugs répétitifs, PayPal indisponible…le parcours du combattant pour valider une simple commande

Will there be a English translation for this app?

L’application est inutile! Ne retrouve pas les colis en route, perd l’enregistrement des lettres suivies/recommandées. Franchement je ne vois pas l’interêt de l’avoir s’il ne peut pas sauvegarder l’information de base...mais nous sommes obligés de télécharger l’application si nous voulons utiliser une enveloppe recommandée/suivie de la poste!

It has potential. But it is always asking me to sign in. I sign in, and then it asks me to sign in again 5 hours later! Every single day. Terrible. Also, when I am following a package, the app shows less information than the website. The most important information (the expected delivery date) is missing!

Where the hell is the English version???

Aside the glitchY features of the app, I proceeded to contact the Customer Service center via Facebook for an order that’s taken 2 months and their agent proceeded to troll me by sending me the same exact texts I would send him. I have never encountered such negligent and horrible service, stay away from La Poste, they will drown you.

I downloaded this app and im having a lot of trouble woth it, i fond myself getting very frustrated and when u are created an account it says to select a country but it appears that the U.S. just isnt an option. I dint not like this app Edit: I did NOT write this review. Incidentally, I did learn a little French when working with a company that had a branch in Quebec. Again, did not write this review.

Je entre tous les données et au moment de active lettre recommande (signin) l’app crash. Frustrant!

Cette appli crashe quand Je scanne le code barre pour envoyer une lettre recommandée mobile. Le jour où le groupe la poste décidera d’investir suffisamment dans son groupe de développement technologique, peut-être que ce genre de problème ne surviendra plus. Pour l’instant j’ai deux enveloppes que je ne puis envoyer à cause de l’incompétence, de la stupidité de ces gens de la poste. On n’est pas aidé.
