I signed up for PRO which allows you to listen on multiple devices (2) at same time. They change it to one device at a time w/o any notification.

I was getting double charged by saavan one for monthly and another yearly but am not seeing yearly subscription in my account after canceling my monthly. I was tired find the contact of customer service to resolve my issue. It would be great if you improve the customer service specially when you are charging us.

Lags and low quality audio. Limited collection . Not worth trying.

I have a pro account, and the app has not been working fir a month. Multiple emails to customer service, and I didn’t even get a reply.

I will keep simple and Straight 1. Downloaded App 2. Signed Up With The Phone Number 3. Every Single Song Pro Only 4. Unable To Play Any Song 4. They Collected My Phone Number So They Can Sell To Someone 5. Deleted App So Beware!

Just did a one year subscription and very disappointed. 1. app does not remain in memory. Once I close and open the app the sound track would start from the beginning. 2. When I use my account on phone and web songs currently being played on not synced. 3. Audio quality is not good. 4. I have cleaned all my old liked play list and did a sync on the downloads and they entire lost of liked songs that I have cleaned got added back to the list and got downloaded to my phone. I used jiosaavan for almost 5 years in the past and then moved to different music subscriptions. Wanted to give it another try after almost 2 years and I regret doing it instantly.

WORST SERVICE… cannot find any classic Bollywood songs… very few old songs… cannot find downloaded songs offline… very unreliable… built huge collection and can’t play any old Hindi song… WASTE OF MONEY… will DUMP IT BEFORE RENEWAL Took Pro version but app never works. It always stops with playback error. After weeks, we still see it not fixed. No customer service... it was great before but last few months it has become unusable

Everything is paid and quality is bad in pro too. Deleting.

I downloaded again only to see only pro can play any songs and others can’t even play anything. Unless get pro it is total waste of space

While the app is very good, it’s only one star when it comes to support. In fact, you can’t even find a live person to chat or talk! No email for support issues! What kind of business are they running. I paid for Pro last mid-December, and it already stopped my streaming in six months!! Hello! Who do I talk to? Is this some kind of scam or what? I think I will report to Consumers Rights both in Texas and Federal agencies. Any advice? Thanks
