    I NEVER leave reviews, but this app is seriously so well designed for Apple Watch. I suggest setting up your workouts in the phone app, but once that’s done, you NEVER need your phone. I leave my phone in my locker. Literally best Apple Watch app I’ve used.

    So I needed an app where I could track my workouts. I like it so much better than just writing my workouts on a piece of paper. Currently, I am following the bigger leaner stronger routine by Michael Matthews. Unfortunately, his app (stacked) is really not good. Strong however is awesome. There are so many things that you can adjust on this including your warm-ups, the warm-up times, You’re one rep max,The list is endless. Don’t take my word for it. Just try it out. I have used numerous of these types of apps in the past and this one is simply the best.

    The android vs iPhone versions of this app have different quarks and features but both are solid apps. I definitely recommend
  • Almost perfect except for Watch syncing issues

    It seems that watch syncing breaks with every update. Apple Watch either won’t register a workout started on the phone or vis a versa. Also iPhone app says it has no connection (red symbol) unless Apple Watch screen is active.
