The 10bii was my favorite calculator back in the days when calculators were calculators. This software version is as good if not better. Also excellent support if you have a question or a problem.

I use this for real estate investment analysis. It's my number 1 tool. You'll love it. Take the time to learn how to use it properly and you'll never regret owning this app.

I have recommended it to my students for years. It's easy to use and very powerful. Few other calculators can do the amortizations for 30-year mortgages. When I was in school, we had to solve a 360-order polynomial equation ... which was virtually impossible to do by hand. This calculator does it in the blink of an eye ... and calculates principal and interest payments yearly. The device for the laptop needs work [or I have to learn how to do it].

I purchase real estate notes for a living. There are more complex tools, ranging from Excel to specialized cashflow calculation apps easier to use when computing irregular cashflows - but noting beats the simplicity of this app for quick and accurate calclations of cashflows, discount rates, present values, etc. I'm a huge fun!

I have bought probably 6 calculator apps over the last 10 years. This is the best one. I have it on all my devices. I use this app everyday in my investments. Support is good - I requested a change on the MAC version and they added it about 6 weeks later.

I use a similar app on my iPhone and having the consistent calculator interface is hugely helpful

I'm a financial advisor and used the real 10bii calculator for a few years then switched to this app a few years ago. I use it everyday and its solid. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do finacial calculations.

Easy to use software version just like the real thing

I am a hard money lender and buy & sell notes secured by mortgages/deeds of trusts and use this superb application daily. I also teach note investing for the Delaware Real Estate Investors Association (DelREIA) and use it to teach those I mentor. It is so much better than the hand held calculator and I love the ability to print amortization schedules (which the handheld can not do)!!

Superb, but Wish it were a 19bII or 17bII instead.
