Even though it was working well in Lebanon (when I’m visiting) and I was able to check my DNA details and communicate with other relatives then all of sudden quit opening in Lebanon, why? No answer at all??!!

Here they separate Irish Scottish and Welch from English Also they didn’t list my Norwegian side as Scandinavian. But as they were originally Jewish maybe the area they showed might have been closer Very fascinating

Signed up for the 2 week free trial. Wanted to actually try it out before committing to the $150. I turned off the automatic renewal as I always do with all subscription apps so I can evaluate the app without the worry of accidentally getting charged. Every other app I’ve ever used and done this with allows me to continue the free trial, and then at the end I decide on my own time if I want to purchase or not. So thanks, My Heritage, for removing all of the premium features of your app immediately before I was able to properly evaluate them. Now I’ll never become a paid member, and you just saved me $150!

I paid for the dna kit and got my results. I wish it would just let me stay logged on but anytime I try to open the app it just logs me off. Now it’s asking me to open an authentication app and input the code. That’s so irritating because I never set up a separate authentication app for my heritage. I don’t know why they can’t just send a confirmation code to your email.

I canceled my subscription the same day I tried it stop charging me for this I will not pay for something that I don’t have or want
