8 years ago Magisto was awesome. You could load tons of videos and pictures and the softwares would make a video in 15-20 minutes. Now, you wait 60-90 minutes and it always experiences some weird “error” and you don’t get anything and have to start over. Save your money for a program that works!

I have used this app so much, and I've put together several lasting memories with it. But here lately when I try to use it, it's having a really hard time loading short video clips and even pictures. Not just that, but the slideshow I was working on just this morning wouldn't save when all the files finally did load! I lost the whole thing. I thought maybe it was an issue with my phone's memory being too full, but it wasn't. That's when I noticed the app hasn't been updated since a year ago?? I really hope the developers keep up with this app. It's the only video/slideshow editor that I have been satisfied with that I can find, and now it seems like it's going down the tubes :(

I love it it’s really easy place to make fun videos

Constantly plays whatever music it wants to instead of the music you can choose. When you try to upgrade it says busy fulfilling another order so never lets you upgrade. It just doesn’t work right. So many bugs. When you try to edit the edit changes don’t change. It stays exactly the same. So much time wasted trying over and over and getting the same results. Fix the bugs please. Who wants to pay for something that doesn’t work.

I've been a loyal customer of Magisto since 2020, paying $69.99 monthly for pro features. Unfortunately, the service rarely works properly despite reaching out to support multiple times. Their suggestion to use Vimeo isn't satisfactory as I prefer Magisto. I have other editing software but I started with Magisto and when it works I do like it! It's disappointing and time-consuming when videos close halfway through or fail to upload. I hope Magisto acknowledges and resolves these issues soon, considering the amount I've invested in their service. Otherwise I may have to cancel my subscription and that’s sad because it used to be the best!

This app was more user friendly in the past. I had issues editing my video and adding music. It looks different on each device I tried. Very frustrating!

App is crashing on app open.

I’ve had Magisto for yearsssss! But as of today, I’ve cancelled my subscription. The editing quality has become TRASH! It won’t save my editing and I have to keep restarting. No thanks! Next!

I use to live this app. I have been using it since 2017(give or take.) I hate that it has merged with Vimeo—it’s not the same or if it is the navigation is unclear. All that and I just decided to renew my subscription—29bucks…and the app won’t even open, it’s just crashes . Such a bummer . Hoping to get refunded.

Very friendly and easy to edit videos. Makes you feel like an expert movie editor/maker!
