    As much as I love the Alta Costura and Pre-a- Porter Hola Special magazines, I’m very disappointed about losing all my purchases starting from 2014. I can’t restore my old purchases from ITunes into the app so I have lost about 14 purchases. I reached out to the company but because I didn’t have a subscription with them, they couldn’t find me even though I made all the purchases through the app using my iTunes account. When I hit restore my purchases, it says it has been restored but I don’t see them on the app and it’s very frustrating. I even subscribed recently to see if I was able to retrieve my old purchases and that didn’t work either. Not happy and disappointed right now.

    Is the second time the app does not recognize my iTunes subscription. There is none you can talk to and have to spend a lot of time to find an email to ask for help

    This is an update of my previous review.. I’m increasing the rate from 1 star to 4 stars due to the support service helped me to recover my previous purchases.. I received a great customer service, thank you!! I have bought Hola Alta Costura, Hola Pret-a-Porte & Fashion since 2014, before this update I had access to all the magazines I’ve bought, but with this new version I cannot. I hit the option restore but it said It has nothing to restore. Previously the purchases were tided to my Apple account. Can someone help me to recover my purchases magazines?

    Tengo muchos años recibiendo la revista desde que tuve que actualizar el app no la puedo actualizar en mi tableta y en el teléfono tengo dificultad para leer la letra chica y me es difícil poder leerlo en mi celular que puedo hacer ?

    Me en canta hola , es mi distracción desde hace 45 años , mi ipad pidió actualizar y me Preocupa que subieron el precio de la revista !!! Porfa por ser una cliente de tantos años quisiera me La dejarán así!! Gracias un abrazo maria

    Equipo de ¡HOLA! España, espero lean este mensaje. He leído varias revisiones escritas tanto en inglés como en español y las que por lo general le dan 1 estrella a la aplicación es por el cambio a la misma. He sido una cliente asidua desde el siglo pasado y hace como dos semanas no he podido leer la revista que me llegaba miércoles. Puse el VERBO en PASADO porque al no tener la aplicación un ‘side’ para descargar las revistas de los que estamos suscritos por iTUNES MODE no he podido leerlas ni en el iPhone ni en iPads. ¿Cómo me pueden ayudar por favor?!?

    I paid for and enjoyed numerous magazines over the past year. Recently, the app upgraded I lost access to all of my prior purchases. I sent an email seeking help but never received a response.
