    I’m a suscriber and I can’t get in
  • Clunky app

The app is awkward. I am switching to ZINIO and subscribing there, think it is a little cheaper, too, since no print subscription is needed.
  • Great content!

...but as several others have stated, the app leaves tons to be desired. Slow. Quirky. Works at times and not at others. Content lost and then appears again. I often find I’m forced to go elsewhere for news and updates...even though I enjoy the content.

While I am a republican conservative person, I enjoy reading how stupid your contributors are.
  • The publication is terrific, the app is terrible

When I first started using this app, it was fine. But the publisher decided to do a major revamp of its app and it has been terrible since. The new issues don’t automatically become available. I have to force quite and relaunch the app. At which point I then have to restore my subscription. Constantly. Often times, as well, when I download the magazine and try to view it, it doesn’t actually load. This is especially frustrating when trying to read on a plane. I download the magazine for offline reading, but then it own’t actually load. Customer service is responsive, but the problem lies in the app itself. It’s full of bugs, and no matter how responsive customer service is, they can’t fix through support what needs to be fixed in programming. Hopefully the many, many bugs will be fixed, but it doesn’t update very often, unfortunately.
  • Daily news not showing on iPhone XS

I had no issue reading the daily news on iPhone 6 and 7. On my iPhone XS after picking the news with today’s date, I am presented a blank screen. Please fix. Thank you.
  • App won’t work

I am paying a monthly fee for a publication app that won’t work. I first noted that the app wouldn’t open on any of my iPADs. It still worked on an iPhone 7 but I just upgraded and now it work on the new phone. This needs to be fixed in the next few weeks or I will have to cancel my subscription
  • A few app problems, but they’re not deal-breakers

I’ve been a print subscriber for maybe 15 years, and have always been very happy with it. I just started using the iPad app about a week ago and it doesn’t seem that bad to me. It sometimes locks up and won’t swipe right or left or up or down, but rotating the tablet usually fixes that pretty quickly. Like others, I too find the “Last Article Read” function to be a bit dodgy, and I have a couple other minor complaints, but overall I’m a satisfied subscriber.
