At no point I was made aware my profile was public. The next thing I know was a Google search with my full name, two bottles of wine, as the top 3 result. There was no option to make private or delete my profile on the website. And I had to download the app just to make my profile private. However, I am still not able to remove my information entirely. What an egregious violation of privacy!

I mean it’s 2023. There should be a data export.

App is simple, helpful and accurate.

Used to recommend this app to everyone and share experiences, however needing to find a way to make this platform understandably profitable ruined it. I had to move all my selection to Vivino because it’s free and I can actually order from the app they make money - everyone wins.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to disable or delete one’s profile. I haven’t used this app for several years and would just like to be able to delete my profile.

Every time I search in the app I get bombarded with errors messages. It’s very frustrating to navigate. I tried to send feedback but even I get error messages there. Delectable, I am happy to send a screen recording of this so you can see.

It’s a very basic app that functions with a minimum of fuss. Many people have left and no longer post here - they are missed. Little or no improvements are being made over the last several years.

I’m not even taking the time to gripe, after wasting SO much time trying to research wines OR take a photo and learn about it. Glitch Galore!
