You can do mostly anything that you do at the bank but on your phone.

App is stating I have a rooted or jailbroken phone when I do not. My carrier has investigated the issue, reset my phone, and my iOS system is in tact. Nothing has been changed or altered on my phone. I have had constant issues with the app since the last update. The app is frustrating and I’m about to give up banking with BOC because of it.

Makes going to the bank almost completely unnecessary. Can do everything I need from the device, love that I can deposit checks directly into accounts. Any issues I have had over the years have always been fixed quickly

Virtually every time you login to reconcile your books, you will discover that you need to reset the security token which will involve resetting your password at least once. The best part is the process of resetting your password off and triggers the banks top-notch cyber security protocols and it will lock you out of the account until it decides to start working again. When you call Tech support, you will either get an answering machine or get a human who will act like they are doing you a great service I politely helping you get back into the that the machine locked you out of for no reason at all. The most accurate review I can get for this app is that it works as well as the bank itself. In 2023, I look forward to moving my business banking to a smaller that offers a better app, a smooth online experience, and allows me the insurance that my money in the account are safe 24 hours a day. Any business that wants to compete with online-only competitors needs to wake up and realize that individualized service is the only commodity that online businesses can't compete with.
