  • Alexa replacement app

Using Alexa shopping list, it had many shortcoming. I didn’t want to use a third party app were I had to tell Alexa each time what app to use. This app talks directly to Alexa’s shopping list so they are always linked. You don’t have to change what you say to create the list. You can organize and move around your items were you could not on Alexa. It marks off items so you don’t have to wait for items to be deleted when the screen opens up. And the screen doesn’t shut down while on the list. And it works great if you have no phone signal in the store which Alexa can not do. Great addition to my Echos. Also it has a Apple Watch app that works great. I don’t have to take my phone out while shopping. You do have to upgrade to there premium service to use with the watch but it’s a very cheap, if I recall it was under $10 a year. It link to my wife’s phone so when we’re in the store together it crosses thing off the list on both list in real time.
  • Love it! So easy to use.

Full of great features. I opted for the upgrade which was well worth it. I can upload recipes so the ingredients are in my shopping list. The whole recipe is also there and with the ability to enable portrait lock and “stay on” while the app is open, I can set it up and read / follow the recipe without having to unlock the phone constantly!

Ok so there’s really not much to say other than the title here... I LOVE THIS APP! One of my most used apps of all time and I’ve literally downloaded thousands! The only thing I would love to see is a search feature if possible? Please add a search feature cause if there’s too many items added it’s hard to find them, but seriously FIVE STARS is well deserved for this app! Thank you guys for this! I sync with my husband and use this for recipe storing and everything! I also want to use it to show my available inventory at home in my pantry, this is why I want a search feature. Honestly one of the best apps on the App Store!! It’s truly better than ANY pantry app I’ve researched as well. Search feature please lol. LOVE THIS APP, FIVE STARS EITHER WAY!! 😆👍

I've been using for about 2 years now and renewed for third. I like the synching as I collect and plan on the iPad and shop with the iPhone. Imports easily from half a dozen recipe web sites so lots to choose from. New categories are easy to set up but I do wish they made a change so you could add sub-categories. The only other shortcoming I've found is not being able to a search using 2 items.

I have been using this for years and rely on it it for lists, recipes and meal planning. The organization and customization possible makes this indispensable in my meal and list planning. The recipes tied into it is genius. Obviously, I can’t say enough. Love it. The tech support is phenomenal. Never fail to get an answer to my questions. Thanks, guys.

Flexible, adaptable, well-thought out. The recipe function alone is worth the price- just to be able to save recipes found on the web.
  • Misleading - NOT willing tp Pay recurring annual fee!!

While there are many good things about the app TWO things I really don’t like... They charge you a recurring annual fee if you want the ability to add prices. If every company out there charges an annual fee, we will never retire. Not going to go down that rabbit hole. Second thing is you cannot scan a barcode. I also admit I’m just starting to test this app and some others since the one I’ve used for 10+ years is going away.
