“Tap all the squares with a stoplight” is what this app should be called. Because that’s what it’s about. Sometimes you get to look at a rental property after you finish training an AI how to tell a bicycle from a traffic cone

Takes too long long for customer support for owner help. Needs a phone number

The app does not give you the ability to save or favorite a place you like. It makes it difficult to search for properties. I’m able to do it on the browser version when I’m from my computer, so it’s strange there’s no way to do it with the app. Please fix.

This app is terrible. I’ve paid two application fees. Both landlords never returned my phone call or emails and rented the places out . I would not recommend this app if your seriously looking for a place. They take your money for application fee and never call you back. Very disappointing

We need to be able to control how many notifications come in our email. I don’t need 30 emails a day 24 seven. I would like to just receive them once a day.

Zillow does and excellent job of facilitating rentals for both renters and landlords. Logical controls and organization and comprehensive information are provided by a fast server.
  • Works Great

It works great it would be even better if there was an option to filter out student housing on both platforms (sale and rental). There’s an option for hiding senior housing, but not student, which makes it harder when you’re looking for something that is in the vicinity of a college town.
  • They need to be more thorough

Many apartments lie on their listing to get more people to come look but also state in description applicants (people who paid an application fee which for some properties can be over 200 dollars) get priority when it comes to tours cool. By them not telling the truth people are going to spend their money to find out after traveling across state lines that the apartments look nothing like the photos or don’t have any of the amenities they advertised. So yeah going back to rent.com

App will post location for cheap, then when you apply for the location the price is up by a few hundreds. I left wrk for this and this is the result. This app is not for the people, it’s a making money machine use other apps. Complete waste of time!!!!!
  • Fair app but.

Zero way to block listings you don't want like one complex that has over 50 units for rent, and update 15 to 20 daily so their listing overpowers all other listings.
