In an effort to streamline and add security I got Microsoft 365 primarily for using One Drive. But I find I can’t do a thing on my iPhone or iPad apps. I have saved pc files to one drive but can’t access - none show in my files. Plus, I get security messages out the wazoo. Then trying to find current online help is a joke. I’m fairly tech competent but not with Microsoft products apparently.

Since the new upgrade I can’t make any changes or edits to my docs unless I pay for it. I deleted a ton of old docs I don’t use to make space and STILL not enough space. Sketchy greedy Microsoft. Thanks a lot

Update: This issue appears to have been resolved since ads haven’t been shown as a premium user. They are still annoying, however, given the limited screen space for some devices, particularly iPhones. Original (edited): I’m getting sick of paying money only to be served ads still. Paying $11 a month to still have ads is unacceptable, gross, and greedy. There’s nothing more to love than a giant banner ad across the document I’m currently working. I can’t see most of the document as is, but surely you’ll find the space for ads.

Is an absolutely joke. Wasted two hours of writing for it all to be lost once I turned Wi-Fi back on after a flight. Problem is well-documented since 2019. Can’t utilize any of the “tips” since I used this dumb app on my phone and not Word.
