I have had trouble for 4 months getting my enewspaper. Now they don’t think I’m a member!!

I enjoy getting the News Journal on line and having an update on the local news. I miss the old school newspaper on my doorstep though. I always enjoyed the puzzles. We don’t have a printer so I can’t do the puzzles anymore.

Tried to sign up for the 29.99 year promotional price and it still charged the 69.99+tax that is not what I was expecting and that is too much money for what you get.

I have not been able to see The obituaries in Mansfield news journal since mid July why am I still paying for this.

I can no longer see the obits. Only the highlight ones. For this reason i will be canceling my subscription when it expires on the 20th of this month

The articles repeat themselves. Many are not current.

Signed up for the 1$ for three months. Second month in, and I’m billed $6.99. Trying to cancel but the manage subscription option won’t load. Seems like a shady trick to make it difficult to cancel, expect better from a legitimate site.

They intentionally slow down and neglect to update portions of the app dealing with subscriptions. (particularly cancelling your subscription) They do it to make it difficult to cancel, dirty trick by mnj. Do better.
