I have been forced to download this app because like most Chinese apps, you are required to download an app on your phone in order to do the QR code scanning to use the app on your computer. Which idiot thought of this? I would have been perfectly happy with the user ID, password thing plus minus two factor authentication using an another app or SMS. It takes forever to generate the QR code. When you scan it on the phone, if the phone is slow, then the security mechanism keeps you from logging in because the process takes too long. And when finally, you logged into the computer to begin the download process, you are restricted to a snail’s pace. If I could avoid using it, I would. Don’t waste your time and money on this app. Lastly, like everything from China, everything you do is monitored and the information is passed onto the government. If you are concerned about your private information, don’t put it on their cloud or use this app.

充了超级会员，下载一直出错我还急用，问客服客服让上传日志，电脑端没有客服还必须用手机。他们要日志，日志发不过去，让给链接，手机界面没法复制链接自己跳转了。我把截图给他们说麻烦打一下你们这复制不了他们说不行？？？？要不然让我打给他们要不然要我必须更新系统，我都不知道该说什么了 厉害死了

相比起国外的各种云顿储存软件实在是太烂了，一堆ui问题不说还强盗收费，真的太可怕了！要不是需要下载境内作者的东西谁会用这个垃圾软件啊

更新难道只是把logo上加了2024？ 我已经网页登录，app跳出的对话框登录，短信验证，重启电脑，app就是打不开，也不显示原因。
