Logged in to my iPad and it has a black screen for the camera. How do I fix this problem.

Opening app shows ads first. This use to be great for me. Not anymore.

Why does my phone tell me this app takes over 2g of space?? I had to offload it temporarily in order to install an iOS update.

When we first started using the app there weren’t ads. Now you have to close an ad when you open the app. Secondly, why isn’t there a Picture in Picture option? If I need to use a different app I can’t see if my child is safely sleeping because this app doesn’t offer a minimize option. I’ll be looking for a replacement camera and app.

Absolute garbage. Camera doesn’t even connect to app. Probably has something to do with the 2-star overall rating. Just absolutely worthless.

Have had two cameras for around six years. I have had no issues until one of the new updates. Now every time I open the app I get ads. Terrible experience. I am for sure going to get rid of the cameras.

This is the worst app with immediate advertisement every single time.

I paid for the cameras, now I get plagued with ads when I start the app? Looks like I’ll be switching cameras and apps. I could deal with the intermittent issues but now ads on top of it? No thanks…..

Several weeks ago our baby camera was hacked and they changed the passwords to our router. The camera no longer works. If you have a product that uses this app please check your security settings on all your devices and change your passwords. I can’t describe to you the way I stopped breathing and my heart dropped when I heard someone else talking to my child. Having a full on conversation. I would not recommend this app or the camera that links to it.

I bought this camera not realizing how horrible the service is. I guess this is completely my fault for not checking into the service, I just don’t think I was going to have to. I can’t even get through the set up. It just sits in limbo with the little circle going around and around like it’s going to go to the next page at any second but it’s not going anywhere. Seriously what a joke.
