This is pathetic

Ive lost several hours of making new videos/"edits" and then losing them after making sure to save my edits after each change; then out of the blue i'm "unable to preview media" and all my work is lost. i quit and am moving to a better software.

I used this a while back and while clunky it got the job done. Now I can’t save any trimmed videos whether working from app content or cloud. From phone only seems to work. This is going to be a deal breaker for me.

This app could be great… if it worked. Constantly freezing up when editing. If you want it just for cloud storage and you only keep the suggested edits.. it would probably work for you. The suggested edits however use the same themes and songs over and over so not a lot of variance. The suggested edits also need fine tuning to get your exciting stuff in the shot and it wouldn’t be a big deal if the editor WORKED! I have never rebooted my phone so many times in one day as I have with using this app. I check every day for GoPro updates. My iPhone 14 Pro is updated and I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it… now I cannot open my edit it’s just constantly “thinking”. I’ve tried with WiFi and cellular each, nada. I got the GoPro for Christmas and subscribed to the app for editing but am having better luck downloading video to my phone and editing with a different FREE app. Frustrated to say the least.

You guys are killing this app. If it ain’t broke don’t try and fix it. This thing is getting more horrible by the update. 👎

I have GoPro hero 11 black absolutely love yet the app itself can be such trash! When your trying a series of conten by to making a video/reel, the app will freeze and then just exit out. Sure it saves your edit but then it glitches over and over and you’re just going in circle… Even the saved work is basically impossible to finish your project, the app acts like it’s a corrupt file and so you now just wasted your time and it won’t even let you finish your edit/work. Idk why there hasn’t been a update to fix but please do so gorpro it’s really pathetic that your app can’t even function properly!

This app is very hard for me to navigate through. After I finally figured out how to down load the video from the GoPro 10 to my iPad. Now I’m trying to figure out how to cut out the parts of the video that aren’t needed..

This app just asks for money! Subscription every time I open Media or app itself every time it asks for the money!! Will never buy gopro cameras anymore !!! Really pity. Bye!!!

My iPhone 14 Pro has 100GB free storage but I’m unable to save videos from the GoPro Quick app to my iPhone photo library.
