The first year I loved it. This year the discount lied to me about getting the whole package for 24.99 figure since towards the end I learned how to use the app then now it’s saying I don’t have the subscription I own two GoPro 11 and 360 GoPro and I loved this app but if it don’t fix never again I’ll move to different app thanks

Let’s you spend hours editing a video only to force you to pay for a subscription even when you don’t use any of the subscription edits.

Doesn’t connect to my camera.

Pictures from Media are not been saved on the iPhone as app the Quick app gets frozen when trying to save it in the iphone photo album

Horrible App that does not work half the time. On top of this, support refuses to help and has done numerous sketchy things, including going back on what they said they would do. Horrible app, horrible company. Do NOT buy a GoPro!!!!!

Using this app on mac is near impossible with recent version update. Cloud media loads terribly slow, if not at all, on a fiber connection. Prior edits won't open GoPro shows up but cant even see the media. Macbook pro running 13.1 (22C65)

So yeah, it's frustrating but understandable why I can't see videos to import on my iOS device in the Quik app given the constraints of the device but the same thing happens on the Mac app. So I literally can't use software from GoPro to get video off of the device. If there's a reason my files won't show up the app should indicate this. This appears to be a major gap in QA or design.

The auto upload doesn’t work

“Duplicate” and “apply to all” buttons are gone. I have to go through each clip now and set filter or audio. And have to add the same clip multiple times since the duplicate button is gone.
