  • Great app, best password manager ever

    By neilpanchal
They were lacking Linux app but now it’s available as well
  • Don't upgrade to version 7 Difficult!

    By Migs@iTunes
I upgraded from version 6 to version 7. Now I'm so confused. I says I have 3 vaults now. My MacBook pro has double the amount of files in the vault. It's a mess. I wanted to buy the family plan but there is nowhere to actually purchase it. Very confusing. If I can't fix this I'm going to another app. Version 7 is very confusing and difficult to understand and use.

  • Great

App does everything I need it too. I do wish there was a better grouping option within the app. I still use ver 4 for the WLAN sync into this app and love it. Great product and they do have good, responsive support if needed.
  • Not good

    Not a good app
  • Nearly impossible for bank logins

    By Ryan Tate Berkeley
Bank logins require a certain number of special characters but only certain special characters allowed. 1password is not only incapable of restricting the range of special characters in generated passwords, but the iOS user interface makes it essentially impossible to edit an existing generated password to comply with requirements (you must edit dots with the corresponding characters shown beneath, effectively impossible). The only workaround is to paste the password into notepad, edit it, then paste it back. Madness. So not a good product if you need to make bank logins.
  • Required

It is the first thing I install on every new computer. If I don’t want you to know something, it is stored in 1Password. It functions as my web browser favorites.
  • Disappointing

By all names are taken figures
I loved 1Password until they started charging $2.99 @ month. That’s a disappointment when after they get you signed up then they start charging a fee. Like iCloud, Pandora, 1Password and others. When your on a fixed income all of these small charges add up to a lot. They should have a discount for senior citizens. I think they are out just to make money and not help people. Just my opinion.
  • Worst customer support!!

    By I've been fooled
I pleaded over a course of a few weeks on how I could retrieve my data from iCloud and Dropbox, if I lost my iPhone, nobody responded. I guess the only thing that counts is getting new customers.
  • Saving Passwords after entering doesn’t work

    By OhClarence
Saving Passwords after entering doesn’t work after entering a new password when ask for one. This doesn’t work on my iPad or iPhone. This is the reason I bought it.
