I cannot get the music for focus to play through the playlist no matter what I do. Also how about more playlists for focus?

One of the best apps ever created and should be made available everywhere. The teachers on the app give you the techniques to use when you are in any mood. There is a meditation on the app for everyone. Mental health wellness.

I don’t know how I ever got to sleep without the sleep stories ! The readers are so good. Thank you!

You’ve been my favorite app for a long time, but the latest update has a big issue. As an insomniac, I need to get to the thing that helps me sleep with as little screen time as possible in the middle of the night. Journeys may seem shiny and new to you, but I want to be able to access sleep stories from a quick shortcut like I used to. This latest development is a downgrade in an update. Playlists that users can make would be useful, but really, I’d just be happy to have sleep in the bottom nav bar again.
