The app closes every time I open it. It also deleted my power ups. Customer service helped with adding “money” to my account but it happened again. So I’m back at square one. I’ve had this game for years and I Love it. But lately (a few months now) it hasn’t been working

Why won’t it launch

Playing this game for years. I was about to reach level 4000. Then today it started to quit every time I opened it. I deleted it then reinstalled. Started me over from the beginning. Oh well. Guess it’s on to a different game.

Ever since this app was updated there have been so many glitches. Even when trying to send lives it won’t connect to Facebook. I really like this game however if this app isn’t fixed I may have to scrap it. So annoyed and disappointed.

I lost all my extra cards and it is glitchy about loading

I couldn’t find a way to give feedback within the game so here I am. The app crashed a month ago(?) and I lost all my power ups even though I was “backed up” on Facebook. At the time I just moved on - it’s just a game. I earned a few power ups back, all was fine, then the game crashes and when I pull it back up, all my power ups are gone. With the most recent crash, I also lost all the lives other players sent to me. Again, it’s just a game but this used to NEVER happen. Why is it happening now and can’t it be remedied? It’s extremely annoying to lose everything because the app crashes. (Yes, I have plenty of storage space on my device)

Constant crashes for weeks now. Game is unplayable.

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, and just the other day the app crashed and when I restarted it I lost all my boosters. The online king community just said, yup that happens. As if it’s just acceptable So disappointed in this game. And now it just crashes every time you open or when you click the messages icon for extra lives. There have been no updates for it for months now. Apparently the company no longer cares to support this game.
