Doesn’t give you real live updates from or to any destination either.

This is a great app and a must if you are traveling in the DC area.

Awful app. Rife w ads that make it unusable. What’s worse, you try to provide feedback and it just launches google mail. As if that’s the only way to send a message. Please just roll this app back to 2019. No one is goin to pay for this garbage app. And the ads are way too invasive. You’re better off just using a paper map or guessing.

When you’re in a rush trying to check your bus time or route info - waiting through a 15 second add will make you miss your bus. I ask Deleting this app until this gets resolved.

An app for public transportation should not require a subscription to be functional. The ads pop up right as you’re trying to load route times, so if you are on the move, the app becomes completely useless. Even worse, the show routes feature for buses has not worked for me in months. Instead it just shows me a full world map. Awesome if I want to find Namibia, not so much if I want to see where the 74 bus is.

The interface is too messy for an app that is more accurate than Google/Apple maps. You all really need to work on a free version of this app that doesn’t resemble UX experiences of NSFW websites where any wrong click could lead to a virus on your phone or tablet. One should also be able to to pay one time for use of the app not monthly/annually, as accurate timetables for PUBLIC TRANSIT are a matter of people getting to important places on time, not a matter of convenience or luxury.

Extremely intrusive ads, I just use the wmata website now and get better information.

I understand the desire to have ads to gain so revenue, but this app is out of control. It’s extremely undesirable. I’ll stick with the website so I can use trip planner also.

As many others have stated, ads are out of control. Not sure why a public utility is using an ad interface that makes the app virtually unusable.

The frequency and length of ads on this app make it too frustrating to warrant a download. Moreover, the ads contain audio and stop whatever I’m listening to and often when the ads are over I have to go back to Spotify and restart my music. Absolutely not worth it.
