I was a premium-paid member for a long time and waited months for support promises to fix Hebrew support.

New update crashes on iOS 17.3.1. App doesn’t open and reinstalling doesn’t work either.

Ever since I updated the app, the app will not load and will keep crashing

One of the many people that re upped my subscription and now the app not working. Was this been done by design or just bad programming? I believe we deserve an answer and our money returned.

Been a paid user since the FullContact days; mixed reviews. They used to have Mechanical Turk validation of OCR results for scanned business cards, which stopped a few years back, and recently the service has gotten a lot less reliable with syncing of iCloud/ Google etc causing accidental deletions etc. I would use another service if there was a better one but haven’t found it yet

I have installed and reinstalled and installed and reinstalled this app. I purchased the upgrade to premium for the princely some of $13.99 a month yet four weeks I have continue to get invitations to upgrade to premium neither can I use the premium features, nor can I restore, apparently, my premium purchase.

What is the use of and why not let us know in ways other than small text, that you put a link for every social media platform in our contacts incognito? I do not know what these do and I’m sure as a hot fiery under earth that I don’t like it. If anyone wants to see what I mean ima post pictures of what I found on my instagram if I don’t get an answer that is both a good answer and one that unanimously backed to be safe. I’m which case if it is my bad. Lol

I have “blocked” the same spam emails with the same given methods provided. NOTHING ON YOUR APP WORKS TO DO THAT? DOES IT WORK OR DOES IT NOT ? I am paying for this? ????

I’ve used this tool for many years and it’s been great.. and then recently it merged phones, emails, urls etc from random contacts - so my whole address book is screwed. Even my family members names were replaced with random people I haven’t interacted with for a long time. It’s going to take a long time to fix this… :(

This used to be very good but now, whatever has been changed, the business card scans are inaccurate every time, by a lot. We have this on all company phones and I am likely to cancel due to the worsening service level.
