Still unable to use with a US credit card. Useless app

The app claims English is available but it was in Danish after download. Entered my US number to log in and tried to change it under setting (sprog). However, the page redirects me to an entirely blank on the language tab. I also attempted to play around the preferred language in the app setting but nothing work.

With my iPhone and US number, not able to create login with phone number, not able to get app info in English, basically not able to do anything.

The process to conclude trheir employment is likely long so start it now....if they can't allow foreign phone numbers and bank cards to be used after all these years, they shouldn't be employed....unless they work for the pro-oil lobby? And don't bother to reply that payments work with the other third party app for payments to which you link. This shouldn't be necessary. Ever..unless you're a small merchant unwilling to properly implement payments and give up margin and create friction for customers.

I can’t read it upon installing it to know what to do. And what if you have a us number with no roaming?

Tried using with my US Visa card that has worked all over Denmark but keep getting error that my payment has been rejected by the store. No option for AMEX.

You can use a US phone number by clicking the danish flag next to the phone number. That worked. The problem is when you need to pay. You can’t use MobilePay unless you have a danish phone number and bank account. And if you try to use a Visa card, it just says in Danish “payment rejected by the store.” Tried multiple cards that I’ve had no problem using while abroad. Please fix. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

The route finding function is not particularly east to navigate off the bat and I had to restart my phone in order to purchase a pass on the second day of use. Other than that, very useful.

Does not accept us telephone code. Useless.
