Zoho assist is much more robust and cost effective than the teamviewer. I made the move and am very happy and satisfied.

The product just keeps getting better and better your programmers and Customer Support individuals listen to exactly what’s going wrong and usually within days it is fixed

Best remote access app

After years of TeamViewer subscriptions, we finally found a secure and user friendly option with ZOHO. Very reasonable corporate rates for multiple users.

Always liked Zoho and they nailed it with this Remote Desktop service. I mainly use it for unattended access and it’s 👌

As part of our whole Zoho environment this is a nice tool. It isn’t as good as something like Splashtop but it works quite well.

Really good remote access for the price

tried to use zoho assist to help my mom remotely with her ipad but the app and workflow was confusing even for me let alone my mom.

If you’re coming from anything comparable to LogMeIn. Get this. Trust me. Stop reading and buy it.

This app is a sad excuse for remote access. It’s always bugging and you can’t easily navigate.
