Used to love this app! Super simple settings that make photo editing a breeze and mimic analog photography. In the last few years it’s gotten super buggy with plenty of features not working, especially collage. App will freeze up, exports will come out off center and weirdly cropped for no reason. Lots of exports completely fail with no explanation. Considering what it costs for these features (which again, aren’t fancy) it’s pretty shocking. Do better please!! Get back to basics, keep it simple, and price to reflect it.

Been using this to simply frame my film photos in a white rectangle appropriate for instagram, and now I can’t even do that due to the pay wall. I really liked this app, and it fulfilled what I needed. Disappointed to not be able to use it for my original purposes, and I have no reason to use it going forward.

I love using VSCO to edit photos, but it’s impossible to edit videos. It’s so glitchy any time you try to adjust the speed or add any filters, and whenever I try to save an edited video, the lighting is very dim for no reason and I can’t figure out a way to fix it. It’s really frustrating considering that I pay for a membership and pathetic that the app can’t perform one of the main functions it’s supposed to.

Yall messed up a good thing I don’t even know how to use this app again. I can’t find how to edit the photos

The app has been crashing as soon as I open it for about a week now. I’ve done all recent updates and nothing works. I submitted a ticket through the Apple Store, and nothing. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and now it won’t even recognize my email address. It just keeps trying to get me to sign up again. I tried submitting a request for support via my computer and as soon as I hit submit, I get an error page. This is beyond frustrating, since it’s a paid app. Can someone please resolve this? Thanks! Update: STILL NOTHING. I have submitted a second support ticket per the response below, 5 days ago, and crickets. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS OR GIVE ME A REFUND?? Update 2: I’ve officially canceled my subscription, as it’s been nothing but crickets from VSCO, aside from the response to this review, which is clearly just optics for them because they haven’t done a single thing to help me since I emailed support (more than once). Today, I searched Reddit to see who else is having these same issues, and found a post from 2 days ago from the CEO of VSCO, Eric Wittman. He says he is aware of issues but they are still working through issues, and to DM him directly on Reddit so he can better understand what’s going on. So I sent him a message. At this point, I’ll be shocked if anything gets resolved, but worth trying since I’ve…[checks notes]…ALREADY PAID FOR THE APP.

Buggy can’t use the app. Sad because it was one of the only apps I used to edit my photos

I’ve been using this app since it came out, they make features then remove the possibility of you being able to delete them, I.E Journals, Myself and many others have decided to stop using the app and purchasing the subscription because the fact you can’t take down your own pictures is beyond me. Support at VSCO is useless as well, overall very unhappy to see this app take this turn.

cancelling my membership waste of money now

It’s pretty sad that you guys took two of the most requested features over the years, pinned photos and the ability to organize your gallery, and locked them behind pro. We all saw it coming but wow. I’ve been a member since 2022 and can’t believe us ‘basic’ members are being treated this way. Greedy 👎

The bottom tabs when editing a photo are broken and text overlaps the buttons. iPhone 15 pro max on latest OS. Some exporting crash bug I reported is still present too it seems.
