The food lists need to be updated. There are so many natural sweeteners on the market nowadays, but only stevia is listed as beneficial. What about monkfruit, erythritol, allulose, etc….why aren’t these listed on the app?
  • This should be free

This is all common knowledge I thought it would have recipes and ideas. Very disappointed
  • This app is not worth it...useless. Cannot search common foods.

Kind of a waste. App has potential, but i think it lacks a Lot of information. You can get better info just searching the net. Its super super basic
  • Horrible App

This app is good at best - it's very basic content and not complete - you can find more complete lists for fee and bookmark on iPhone
  • Very helpful and informative!

This not only tells you what foods you can eat but also why you can or can't. It is easy to navigate and the favorites feature is nice. The only downside is the app is not for both iPhone and iPad as there are separate apps for each one. But it is worth it to get the app on one of your devices.

I am impressed with the search. Foods not listed actually comes up. I have tried other apps and searched for foods but nothing would come up if it's not listed. Very helpful app.

Love the categories and explanations. Wish there were more items included under each category or a way fir the user to request for specific missing items to be added. Also, there are typos (see canola oil for example). Overall, a handy tool.

This can be a helpful tool for quick reference. Simple, colorful but I don't know that I'll use it that much.
