It randomly stops responding and freezes during a lesson. I have to keep closing app and restarting the lesson. This was only the free trial so I won’t be purchasing.
Got my prek child reading at 1st grade level in weeks

This was back in 2015. My son was reading in days. App is awesome. Song are catchy and fun. the app is fun to use and my son just wanted to keep beating all the levels and reading all the books. My other son is 6 and will start again. Nervous about changes made being positive and hoping it’s even better than before and gets my little one reading at a 3rd grade level in days
Constantly crashes-- don't waste your money.

This app constantly freezes/crashes. Every time I sit my poor child down to use it, it crashes and I have to restart it and she loses her progress on the game she's playing. Because the app developers seem to love to blame the customer in their replies YES I HAVE REDOWNLOADED IT. YES, MY DEVICE IS COMPATIBLE. This app is like $7 a month so this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. For example, today my child played for about 30 minutes. During this time I had to restart it 3 times due to it freezing. It's very frustrating and I expect better from a paid app. Also their customer service sucks. I am about ready to cancel my subscription.

App. Onto yes to freeze, math also always has a glitch, my kids are learning but get frustrated for the many times we have to start over. Used on iPhone , iPad, Amazon fire tablet for kids and still always the same issue. Really sucks will have to cxl after having g it for a year
Volume turns off frequently

I wanted to love this app but it proved to be very frustrating on my phone that any time my child would accidentally pull down the top of the screen or pull up it would kill the volume and the only way to get it back on is to close the app and reopen it. On the tablet the app just would crash every 3 minutes or so.
Sound tech issue

After 5mins of playing the sound will shut off. Liked it! But not with the tech issue. Will be removing once month is up.

I’d give this zero stars! I just got logged out because of a billing problem! why did Hooked On Phonics programmed that? Just WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
