  • Super glitchy

Takes forever for things to load and half the time it’s not even responsive. If you’re going to charge for something it should be useable.

My 4 yr old loves it. It is very easy for him to use and it has a variety of learning tools- which is automatic- he doesn’t have to decide what to do. We like that kids are teaching and reading stories, I think it helps keep him interested.

The app constantly freeze. It’s annoying to my six year old and now she has lost the excitement playing on the app. We’ve tried the iPad,MacBook, chrome book, and iPhone. Waiting for updates! Soon very soon!

Have been unable to use my subscription for quite some time, contacted their support email and received no response in over a week... Cancelled subscription and wasted a lot of money on this app.
  • Fantastic app even for 1.5 year old daughter

My 1.5 year old daughter loves Homer. Whenever she sees the Homer app icon on my phone she squeals, asks for it, and can pretty much play on it by herself. She loves the Power Word videos, loves tickling Homer the pigeon, and particularly loves recording herself - she is still learning to talk but she will say “bababa” or “dadada”, and then replays her recording and giggle. Thank you Homer for developing such a delightful app!
  • Great for children with Autism

My 4 year old has Autism and this year my goal was to get him off of YouTube and instead, an educational app. I’ve tried ABC mouse and compared to Homer, my son did not take to it. We’re working on learning the Alphabet and numbers. This app has already done wonders in reintegrating what I’m teaching him. The app focuses a lot on repetition which works GREAT with my son since he likes to repeat things. Ha ha! Please parents, get your little ones off YouTube and use Homer. This app really is great!
  • Pretty good app

My son (3) loves this app! He’s been learning so much! My only complaint is, since the newest update, there are more stories on the pathway and less interactive learning. My kid only gets so much screen time, 20 minutes, and every other activity is a 5-8 minute story. At three years old, I would rather he not be just sitting and listening to stories while on the app. That’s what our story time is for!
