This is my preferred app at of all the weather apps available. Easy to customize the views, easy to track multiple locations.

I’ve had the Weather Mate App for several years now. It has been, hands down, my favorite Weather App! It’s very detailed and customizable. I like the many overlays you can add to it with just a tap and the level of detail you can access from different local Weather station locations. You can even use a blended weather forecast by selecting a couple different local locations. It’s also a nice app to look at (it’ available in Dark Mode too). AND it is a great Apple Watch Weather App as well!

This weather app almost rates a 5 Star because it has everything the other weather apps have and it has frontal systems on the map. This is invaluable information and this app. is the only one that provides it. I will give it a 5 Star rating when it gives wind gusts. Currently, when you click on the wind rose, a field for gusts appears but it has no data. Similar problem with costal weather alerts. The alert areas are highlighted on the map, but, when you click on them, a message says the alert is downloading, but, it never downloads. Fix these two items and this is far and best weather app, IMHO!

I have no complaints over 2 years time - plain & simple - it does what it’s intended to do. The layout is somewhat customizable & user friendly (easy to understand & read) & the information given is pretty accurate 97% of the time. Only wish the alerts sounds were a bit more distinctive! ( Warnings need to really alert you. ) Other wise - I would highly recommend this weather app over many others.

I use this app on my iPhone. There is lots of helpful information on the home page. I especially like the wind speed/direction info. The banner that runs caution statements info is helpful. However, on the homepage, the high contrast of white and blue on black along very small text is too challenging to read. The low contrast of tiny grey text on black is also very difficult to read. The moving background is especially annoying and distracting. There is room for the larger tex if the page was not so segmented. Give me a home page a that has a clean look, with a static background, and text I can easily read, and I’ll buy it!

Good weather app, have no complaints. Accurate, and easy to use.
