  • Update is horrible

    This latest update is TERRIBLE!! Everything is so slow and every time the app is closed all my events have to reload. Also, what calendar on this planet starts on a Monday??? (Also part of the new update). I loved this app until you “updated” it. If this doesn’t resolve within the next 24 hrs. I will be cancelling this app and finding a new one. It’s also highway robbery that you charge continuously every month instead of just calling it even once the full one time price has been reached. I am so incredibly frustrated by this update. Our whole lives were in that calendar because it communicates across different apple and non apple devices. Fix this NOW! The update “fix” for today isn’t working either. This is ridiculous- just put it back the way it was. Super unhappy about this. About to switch to cozi. Have already emailed support twice with no answer

    My family and I have used this for years. I pay for the gold level. The new update has erased one of my calendars that I rely on every day. The app keeps crashing and when I try to contact support...:crickets
  • New upgrade?

    The new upgrade to Hub last week is terrible. The app has frozen every time I’ve opened it. I’ve deleted and re-loaded twice. The calendar no longer syncs with my calendar like it used to. Adding items t the lists takes 3 steps rather than 1. Please fix it! I used to enjoy this app.
  • Update is terrible

    We have used this app for years. I now have no access to add or edit events. I paid for the membership and still will not work. I sent an email the hub support team. I hope this problem gets resolved before I find a different app.

    It tells me my email does not have an account. I KNOW WHAT EMAIL I USED BECAUSE I HAD PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION.
  • Do not update!

    Simply enough, do not update until myself and other reviewers say it is functional again. I updated last night and can’t get anything to work- can’t see calendar or lists, just dead frozen on opening screen. I’ll be asking for my money back if not fixed this week.
  • Newest Update worst idea

    My app won’t even stay open long enough to click on anything in the app. Shuts down within seconds. I’ve deleted and installed multiple times. I got it to work once and notice the Calendar starts on Monday??? I hope that gets fixed. I also noticed you can only add one item to the list at a time. They added way more steps which is time consuming. Very disappointed! I paid $50 and this app doesn’t even work anymore. Will have to look for other options if this doesn’t get fixed soon.

    It’s no longer a free app and I refuse to pay $50/year when there are free ones that do the same thing. Loved and will miss the app. I MIGHT pay a one-time $50 fee, but not annually.

    Loved it until the last update and suddenly I could not input anything unless I pay almost $50 for the year. Very disappointed in they sneakiness. No warning nothing!!!! Will not be using anymore!

    What is happening here? How can this update possibly have gone so wrong? I cannot see ANY of my events on the only calendar my family and I use. This app costs way too much money to crap out after the first and only update in years. Pathetic! If this isn’t fixed in the next day or two then I’m bailing and going to the Cozi app. There is not even a way for me to reach out to customer service via the app so I am forced to put you on blast via your reviews! Please! Fix this!
