I can’t get into the game I buy the premium pass If you have any problems with the game they take forever and you don’t get reimbursed for the time you can’t play I get the same questions from customer service but they hand you to someone else over and over I love the game when it works Now it just makes me feel depressed and anxious I play the game to help with chronic pain and it was helping me but now I can’t play and I feel depressed and anxious

If you currently do not play this game I’m warning you not to play this game. Since the company EA has taken over the game has done nothing but go down hill. The cost is going through the roof. Now I’m not just talking about the clothing prices skyrocketing but the amount you spend to max out bonus. There have been more system issues in the last 6 weeks than we’ve had in the last 2 years. Every time you open a systems issue ticket they tell you to do the same things to fix it when in actuality it is a systems issue. By doing this they are trying to make you think that only you are having this issue. When there are systems issues they request that you prove it. One of the issues has been going on for a week now. We are not getting any updates from the developers that they are aware of the issues and are working on them. I have spent over 10,000$ since joining (that is not a typo on the amount) because the game is addictive. If you decide to play the game do not join a team because you will worry about letting the team down if you don’t want to spend real $$$. The challenges rarely have you use the items you win and if they do compensate you for your (patience) during the outage, the clothing they compensate you with are horrendous. Again if you are thinking about joining the game DON’T!!! I was hoping this game would go back to when it was older. Again I’m going to warn people considering downloading it. DON’T!!!!! Price keeps going up, prizes are ugly and can rarely be used in a challenge. Prize packages keep going down. Flashback requirements keep going up, most recent game requires 8 items so the only originality is the dress you use. Top looks are almost always look identical. You rarely score well if you want to make your look unique. I could go on and on. So I again say DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. I guarantee you will regret it!!!!!!!

Been playing off and on for about 7 years. The game is getting too demanding with the requirements and unless you spend $$ on the covet fashion pass or paying for a premium pass it’s very difficult to get ahead. Meanwhile they keep the daily reward $$ is still the same, despite the nicer fashions costing well over $1000. It’s not really fun anymore.

Just too good I just don’t like that we have to follow the rules. I would’ve just wanna go crazy and make a crazy outfit.

This app looks cool and all, but when you first start playing it’s literally impossible. All the challenge requirements you can’t do because you have to pay a LOT. I will never ever play again.

Every time I get a high prize on the daily or fashion pass, when I click on claim it makes me restart the app. Once it restarts you can no longer claim the prize and it never gives it to you. It has robbed me of severely big prizes and I’m probably going to delete it if it’s not fixed.

I purchased the covet fashion inventor boots but it says I’m not wearing any shoes. Please fix. Love series

I bet the game would be fun, the ads and reviews definitely said so, but I, unfortunately was not able to even open the app. Every time I click on the app, it loads for about 1 minute before a red message pops up on my screen saying “There was an error communicating with the game servers. Tap restart to restart the game.” Please figure out what this is and fix it asap I would love to play your game!

I love this game and I have been playing it for years. I stopped for a while and started playing it again, however, I think the voting is very unfair for beginners. When you look at your results and compare to the best looks they are all super high levels compared to mine. Additionally, explain to me how someone has the same dress and looks fairly similar to my looks and get 5 starts and I get under 4. Also some of the 5 starts don’t even meet the requirement but because they add all this extra stuff they get the higher points even when it does not applies. Like who goes to a picnic looking like a goddess? It is frustrating to see some of the looks get 5 starts and you getting low scores even when you follow the assignment requirements. Some days I feel like uninstalling again if it wasn’t because it kills the time.
