The ad was true but the game is so boring over all. You were just doing the same thing over and over. It was so bad.

This game is so fun and I like that this game is exactly alike the preview of your game but it’s extremely glitchy. When I click on the buttons my phone always freezes or it won’t let me click anything then I’ll just be stuck there and when I try to join back it does the same thing. It hardly even works sometimes.

Tile Family game will no longer work on my iphone 14 pro phone. It will not open, going on a week now. I really like it, and am so frustrated that I cannot play it. Please help me. Thank you.

This was one of my favorite games until you changed it today. Now instead of the option of watching an ad or using 900 coins watching the ad is gone. If you don’t change it back I won’t play this game anymore.

I got to over level 430 and I got a new phone transferred my data and I still can’t restore my purchased ad free app or my progress from before. I give up now it took a lot of work to get to that level. Loved this game so much 😒 Already submitted an email to support two times in the last week with no response

This game is fun and addictive. Great rewards. However it freezes a lot especially right after playing an ad. Pls fix this glitch

Was a fun game at first but after a while got very repetitive and then boring.

Tile family game has finally been updated but there are still no new stories. I really really like this game but it’s got to be the most frustrating experience trying to get new stories and I have never experienced such inefficient customer service before.

This game is fun and honestly pretty addictive in a good way. For some reason the scenes in each story really makes me strive to “fix the problem”. But the problems I have is with the ads. Not that they gain support from ads, but that I keep getting on specific ad for another app called My Passion: Romance Books, which is advertised as a romance story app. The problem is - the ad itself is pretty offensive. The story that sits on your screen for over 30 seconds is an awful example of toxic masculinity and could easily be interpreted as condoning abuse as one character threatens another. This ad is on repeat during the game. It appears all the time and in some cases is the only add you see for days. After the main part has passed your left with a screen to a different story that forces you to scroll up and looks to be a story of a girl one day from turning 18 who is fantasizing about an upcoming escapade. It’s disturbing to me. Look. I don’t care what people want to read, but being forced to see this ad over and over is a bit much. The only way to “stop” that is to pay a fee. If you’re going to allow ads, all good, but this game is rated 4+ I believe and that ad certainly isn’t.
