I’ve been trying to contact for past 3 months. Alarm not working

UI is really great and app is reliable.

The app has worked very well for me. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Alder.

I love how easy it is to use. My sales rep was very friendly and helped me every step of the way.

Everything about this company was a red flag and I should have never got with them when the sales rep asked to hit my weed. And the tech man who set up left my door open! Not just unlocked but OPEN! Very unprofessional and good luck canceling they make it super hard. Stay far away from these people. It’s not even worth it tbh

I’ve had Alder for a while now. I’ve never had issues with the older system, but it was pretty basic. This system is awesome 10/10 and highly recommend getting it.

I have loved my alder systems and have had good experience with the app although it had a few things I didn’t like. I didn’t think they could make it much better but I was wrong. this new app is great and I love the functionality.

Alder has one of the best DIY systems out there. I’ve got their system at my house and love the feeling of being protected by a great system at a great price.
