Whenever I’m trying to solve a problem I get a blacked out screen! So I have to close the app and restart it to no avail! It used to work effortlessly, not anymore

It works but when it comes to math it’s only right like 70% of the time. Considering I’ve been paying for this app, I kinda expected it to be more accurate.

This app is a hit or miss on problems. Sometimes it does give incorrect answers. There were problems or question problems that the app did not do correct.
