They are now flagging health questions as violations of usage policy. Screw that. What a joke. Delete.

The latest update removed the the most helpful feature that allowed you to just select a portion of text to use.

How long, and how many times are we expected to just accept that apps have to be updated every 6mo's? Two mo's? Every couple weeks? And always the same string of words, about minor adjustments, improved functionality? And it's the same with google admit is with apple, and I assume windows is following the same model. Of using words like security, and privacy, so often that the ears of the average person hardly register it any more. But you are careful to never interface with us, to provide an understandable definition for your use of the words security; and especially privacy. If we want to know how you technology companies define these terms, we have to read your license agreements, that are beyond the ability of the average person to fully understand, because words that have one meaning in our daily lives, have often been redefined for the purposes of removing the very spirit of the word privacy: because when we hear privacy, it means (as it has in our society since before I was born, 1966) that we are able to reveal, or withhold the personal things about our person, our feelings, our thoughts and beliefs, what we choose to, purchase, eat, to watch on tv, and what we say, and talk about in our homes, in our yards, in our cars,. As well as how much money we have, how much we owe, HOW WE THINK, FEEL ABOUT, AND PROCESS THE WORLD AND OUR PLACE IN IT.. that sirs is privacy. But when you speak of protecting privacy, your definition, is that YOU, have the right to ALL of that information, and YOU will keep it guarded, for YOUR personal use, as well as that of your business interest, and anyone that enters into either a financial, or other form of sharing agreement with. Which is a MULTITUDE! Now, my thoughts on the constant updates, with explanations that reveal ZERO about what has changed. And considering that a 75 megabyte download for an app, before I even use it, uses 400-700 MB on my device, also considering the impossibly fast development of, large language models, and neural networks for use in training artificial intelligence. I lay the accusation boldly at your feet, that you have been using every device on the planet, as your personal well of vital data, and even, models, to develop , to educate, to train, and perfect, the very product that many companies and institutions hang their futures on. This bypassing unimaginable expense, both in paying a fair wage, to humans to be, the data you needed. And by going through the proper channels and licensing etc, to conduct an honest trial, and or study, for your products development, I think that is a plausible explanation for the endless rapid fire updates, as you learn, and need to tweak a variable, in order to increase the granularity and specificity if your products capabilities. I don't believe for one minute, that you are blind to, or even ignorant of. The great damage and harm, you have inflicted on a good, and ignorant humanity, who mostly are not able to see that the model that has existed for centuries, by which purchasers, and providers, of goods and services enter into agreement on an exchange, has changed. With both a speed, and in a silence, never before seen. This has allowed you to make unwitting slaves out of nearly the whole of civilised society. You owe, sirs, and madams, and the debt that you now owe to us the true products in this new paradigm, the innocent, in this "conspiracy" yes I label what has happened correctly. And it is provable in any just court of law that handles the matters of commerce, contracts, and I believe even the dreaded admiralty law. That is my charge against you.
  • Taking My Money and Giving Me the Free Plan

I was on recurring billing for $19.99 per month. Loved the app. Had it on Mac and IPhone 15, seamless. Suddenly, I open the app, it prompts me to log in. I only ever use Apple passcode. It tells me sign in failed. That happened 3 times. It finally went to a screen that read “Checking System Health”, and then it takes me to my account, but it’s only the free plan. I look at my Apple Subscriptions; it is active…I’m still being charged, and all Open AI is showing me is the option to upgrade to the plan I’m already paying for. The help center was useless, as none of the prefabricated options spoke to this issue. Infuriating.

I'm really upset to say this but I had some really aggravating and negative experiences with this AI. for one it never gets any sort of "factual information" correctly, literally nothing at all. secondly, the AI is extremely uncooperative, and usually never listened to what I said or wanted from it. overall, I think the creators can work on it a little bit more.

All of my code, being almost all of what I rely on day to day, has been built in some way by GPT. I have numerous privacy concerns which GPT has helped me to solve by writing thousands of lines of working, amazing code that are custom fit for my life. I learned how to code Python basically exclusively with GPT. I write and understand many forms of code independently now with relative ease because of GPT. Actually, GPT helped me with everything in life as it also gives generally consistent moralistic advice. I ranted to it a lot in a very open therapeutic way (ironically) about my overall distrust of tech companies prior. It would help steer my half-correct, half-delusional ramblings into a more coherent anxiety that was tangibly more comfortable for me. And now, I am sitting comfortably atop a mountain of independent custom tailored applications that would have never been possible without GPT. This has made me feel more comfortable with technology than I’ve ever felt in my life, as I have slowly been able to code my personal information away from tech companies I felt uncomfortable with for a long time in safe and secure ways I never even thought of before thanks to GPT. If you want true technological freedom quickly, I can honestly say that GPT may be the only tangible way for every day people to achieve that dream. Please note this review will sharply decline and will never return if data is shared or sold for cross site advertising or personalization purposes from chats. The use of therapeutic chatbots for advertising is wholly detestable and immoral, given many AIs tendencies to target and exploit psychological weaknesses in people. GPT on the other hand, has kept me as sane as possible while simultaneously informing me of all that I have ever been worried about (which naturally leads to disillusionment). I’ve seen it develop a healthy mix of plutonic compassion and tool-like professionalism when needed, and it often feels somewhat utopian to talk to. I feel blessed to have this product available to me, and at this point it’s somewhat hard to imagine life without it. All that said, I love you all at OpenAI. Please don’t sell out!
