Love the app but I wish that they had a shopping cart option. It would make the whole process a lot more easier. I like to browse the pcs and wait till I have a suitable amount of money. But it’s really inconvenient that their isn’t a shopping cart or save for later option. Maybe even a wishlist option would be somewhat better. The amount of times I’ve had money and forgot to buy the pcs I wanted. I’ve gotten so many ads about this app and thought it would make it easier for me. I don’t really ever trade for pcs. So when I found this app I thought it would allow me to buy pcs. Pls Pocamarket listen to us and make shopping a little bit easier.

why are some pobs cheaper than album cards?? the seventeen flower crown pcs are ALBUM cards there’s no reason they should be priced maximum above $10 and more expensive than some pobs.

If you are looking for a one stop place to find photo cards this works well enough, however beware of the hidden fees. The app told me it shipped my package on January 9th but didn’t give me a shipping number until the 15th. This could have been because of the holiday season but I don’t know for sure.

i got a free shipping coupon from the kcon la booth (which don't expire until 12.31.2023 !!!!) and i finally tried to check out and it says invalid !!!!! my friend even let me try theirs since we both got one and it said the same thing!!! now what's the point of putting that down as the expiration date if you aren't even gonna honor it!!!! on top of that i've reached out on their instagram TWICE and no one has responded back to me! i don't think i'll be buying from pocamarket ever again if they are going to continue to be dishonest about things like this.

The app was great until the app was updated about a month ago. Now I can’t get in and I was really upset I wasn’t able to use my Black Friday shipping code. There are a lot of photocards in my collection that I wanted to get shipped. Please fix this so I can get my pcs

The app login doesn’t work. I have to try so many times or just wait for another day. I only have Apple so that’s the method I use to login. However, I find it very irritating to have to login for each use. Please fix this glitch it’s very annoying. Besides that the app is good. Glad to see a wishlist function finally.

I love this website for making difficult photocards more accessible to find. The website and app are easy to use and understand. With that said, the wishlist is useful but there is not a way to filter the wishlist by group, member, alphabetical, or anything. So it is hard to find the photocard you favorited. I also found it irritating that when I un-favorited a photocard, it sent me back the very top of the wishlist. Especially as someone who collects multiple groups, I have many photocards favorited for future purchases. I felt like I wanted to exit the app to find the photocard elsewhere. In addition, I have many issues with logging in and being logged out randomly and frequently. I still working with customer service on that issue. I hope that is worked on in general because other users I’ve spoken too have run into this problem many times. I love this app, I believe the photocards are mostly priced fairly (expect for member pricing), and I will love to continue to use it and more frequently if these issues are fixed. Thank you!

Somehow all UI changes they make continue to downgrade the experience of the app ex. when they change the interface to show 2 photocards per row instead of 3, making it harder to view cards quickly and efficiently. It’s slow and doesn’t remember preferences or groups you frequent like it used to. Every time I open the app, i’m somehow logged out again and have to log in and wait for it to even register that my login went through. Just annoying to use.
