Great app but episodes are a bit short for the price.

Do not subscribe there is no way to cancel I cancelled but they continue to charge me and the email address in the app bounces back as mailbox full.

Still Undecided, but I don’t like the constant false advertising free Drama and then get charged for it. Overall I Like this app

Be very careful with this company. I downloaded their app, tried it, and deleted it almost immediately. Despite that, they have continued charging my card $28.99 repeatedly - already 4 or 5 times. I am not using their app or service, yet the charges continue. I consider this billing practice completely unacceptable. Check your bank statements carefully if you have ever installed one of their apps.

App opens to reel I didn’t select n frankly HATE. can’t close it or get back to Home Screen to select what I want to watch. Have tried deleting app n reloading it without success. Had a story I was watching that I liked now can’t continue it Without the controls working will be deleting the app n call it lesson learned to NEVER use it again!!!

I was charged on September 28, 2026, for a Weekly VIP Pass for $9.99 and a Weekly Coin Pass for $29.99. Despite having receipts confirming that I paid for both subscriptions, neither has been activated. I have contacted customer service multiple times and provided proof of payment, but instead of resolving the issue, I continue to get the runaround. It is extremely frustrating to be charged for services that I have not received. Based on my experience, I would think twice before subscribing to this app. If you experience a billing or subscription issue, getting assistance from customer service may be very difficult. I paid for two subscriptions, have proof of both charges, and still have not received the services I purchased.

I really liked it; it’s exciting, and there are so many events and stories.

I paid for the one week subscription, and when I went to cancel it while I still had four days left, they cut me off the second I canceled, but when I brought it to their attention, they refused to help and just said I would have to buy coins after I paid for the week. They will not refund the money or restart the subscription. Bad Customer Service do not download.

I bought an in app purchase, which they did not give to me. When I contacted them and showed proof of purchase, they just stopped talking to me at all!!
