I really like it, I’m trying the demo first, but my sound isn’t working. 😢 help!

The app has taught me new nuances about words I didn't know, making my learning experience richer. For Beginners: Absolute beginners can definitely use this app, but patience is key. Learning a new language and writing system takes time. Make sure to read the example sentences and practice the words in your special book before moving on to the next quest. Overall, Wagotabi is a delightful and effective tool for learning Japanese. Its immersive, context-based approach makes it stand out from other language apps, and its affordable price makes it accessible to everyone. And it's just fun! Highly recommended!

Although I only tried the demo, it felt amazing to not only learn the Japanese words but also to be directly tested on them. There are only two things missing that I wish were in the game. 1. Omnidirectional/8-way movement The movement felt a bit too retro. Not a huge fan, but not a huge flaw by any means. 2. Hints during tests/examinations While this is a nitpick, I struggled a bit on one of the questions. Maybe a simple phonetic hint or erasing unused letters would be nice on the tests. Currently playing through the Steam demo version and already wishlisted the full version. What a fantastic game! I’ll share it with my friends that are also learning Japanese. Really hope it reaches a wider public!
