  • Last couple of updates created issues

    The app is very glitchy since the most recent updates. It’s a pain in the neck to deal with. Inserts extra words and you can’t see what you’re typing past a certain point. It’s always a surprise after sending a message.
  • Client Profile Photos Error message

    Snap a picture from within the app, crop the image and it saved as a client photo This used to work great but since August 2018 this has not been working. Need a quick fix ASAP.
  • Worst app ever made

    This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. I am counting down every second of every day waiting until we switch to a new app. Such an incredible pain to change my schedule. Good riddance. Everyone else, stay clear, it’s not too late to make a better decision. -one ridiculously frustrated staff member
  • Great Mobile Solution! Almost perfect.

    We run a few different programs that don’t have a traditional “front desk” for check-in and payment. + Everything can be done via phone, computer or tablet. + Can require credit card to register. + Integration with Docusign for waivers + Excited about google integration for showing classes on google search(not available in my area yet) + Love direct to website integration with plugin. But, - I would love more app integrations such as Fitbit, Facebook and Google for Sign-in - Would love integration with quickbooks. - Wish there was a free patron app. Cost $$$ (Cheaper to have own app published with website built in) - I would love a staff phone app for self check-in. Right now iPad only. Not all my staff have iPads or WiFi.
  • Disappointing

    We’ve been using Front Desk or Pike13 for over two years - what started out as a really good idea has just stagnated. With no updates other than a name change within these two years we feel as a business that we’ve fallen behind the rest of the mobile industry. Difficult to use for attendance, slow upload time and lack of sub categories really makes it hard for my team to use the software and app. It’s too bad, they have some good ideas, just no relevant experience on how to run a gym/ youth sports camp or business. Fine if you’re in the $30k-$150k range but if you want to break a million this is not your software for your business.

  • Please fix

    There is a bug with the app when you click on clients who are signed up for your class. You can go through to see their account and history, but when I try to go back it directs me out of the app to our (Fit4Mom) website, rather than back to the rest of the names in the list for the class. Please look at this and fix it! I was going through my class this morning to check people's memberships and see who is new and had to fully close the app after checking each person because it wouldn't let me go back. I never had this problem wth FrontDesk.

    Not super crazy about the app's functionality as far as schedule display, attendance and the like; refreshing the display is a bit cumbersome and the steps for checkin or waivers can be labyrinthine at times. Aside from that, more or less straightforward to use and as good as any other application I've tried.
  • Expect Better User Experience

    I have been using this App for over a year as my boss at the studio has adopted this app. I am surprised by how they do not update their app to improve user experience. It does what it is suppose to for the most part, but when it comes to efficiency it is lacking. There are too many clicks involved in getting to a simple task like signing in clients. When you try to add more quantity to a purchase, you have to keep tapping "duplicate" which must be tapped at where it says "duplicate" rather than the original "+" sign. With my experience with other apps and ios, that is an unintuitive experience. Furthermore, if you have to make a purchase of an item involving 20 items, enjoy clicking this 20 times. I think it has potential as a good app, but I'm not impressed, especially because I don't see update improvements.
