i downloaded this for a real time translator to listen to what people are saying in the different language but it gets it completely wrong and doesn’t even work honestly. don’t waste your time with this app

I was late because I thought the App will translate to Yoruba. Is this something you will be doing in the future?

So thankful to be able to make friendships across a language barrier. My only complaint is that the software seems to get confused and will translate English into English instead of into Chinese. When this happens I just reset. Also have to learn to pause to let the app translate, so it’s not quite like a regular translation. Nevertheless, this app has opened up communication in a way I never dreamed possible! Thanks for an incredible app!

Basic phrases like “how are you” (hoe is het met jouw) comes out as “where are you sitting?”. Worst part is, you pay an annual subscription up front before you know if it works at all. So if you want to “cancel anytime” like they advertise, that’s fine because you already gave them your money. Not the best business model for any company trying to stay in business
