Total scam!!

I was suckered! Originally there was a money back guarantee if you don't earn back your yearly membership within 12 months you receive your money back. A year has comes around, the Apple phone does not allow a refund and when I contacted them even though I've gone on the app multiple times, applied to every settlements that applied to me and followed up with settlements wanting further info, SettleMate told me I didn't use autopilot so they can't issue a retund. However they admitted they don't have a specific number of time they require me to go on the app. This is the bait and switch others have described when trying to get their money back. It's just $35 but companies that lead with scamming people are not companies I'll ever support. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SCAM APP. I’ll be happy to apply for a class action suit against this app. ***Same BS replay they add to every negative review. They take your money and hide behind no replies. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Great app

Very deceptive just a middle man to take your money

You have to go though a whole test to try and hook you and then a paywall blocks you wasting your time and phone battery

I’ll take my refund as soon as you send it, thank you for big waste of time and money, not cool

paid for the membership, I filled out a bunch of claims and received nothing even though I actually qualified I started googling the claims outside the app and found success this way

I like the app it shows you where money has been left on the table and the amount.

I signed up back in January.. ( end of September now ) and i don’t think it’s worth the membership. I’ve signed up for many claims that I was eligible for and saw nothing after months. I know settlements can take a long time. But I don’t think this app is helpful. If I missed something in my emails, it’s not from this app, which I keep looking for.

I like the idea of the app But Honestly don’t have the time to troubleshoot. Either it works or it doesn’t. When I try to log in it tells me there’s already an account with that email. Duh. It’s mine and the system is trying to create a new account even though I’m in the section of the landing page that says “ Log in.” Can’t get much clearer than that. So this app needs some work. I think I want my $ back
