Do not link your payment information it’s very hard to unsubscribe

It’s AI, why they don’t post complete series is beyond me. They’re fun series, too bad they don’t finish them. They say they’ll send you notifications when they add new episodes, but I’m not keeping the app to find out if that’s actually true. Just post the complete series. It’s not like actors are filming the next episode. There are a few apps that don’t post the full series, this is one of them. It just feels like a waste of money when you can’t even enjoy a finished series, just a cliffhanger.

The shows suck. They take payment through a 3rd party system that bypasses your apple/google wallet so the charges dont show up on your subscriptions list, making it very difficult to cancel. The app has no cancel subscription button and the service desk waits for the next cycle to charge before even responding. This app should not be allowed on the App Store with such terrible reviews that regularly mention paying customers being scammed. I had to tell my bank to block the charges due to fraud.

Only shows a few limited episodes and is nearly impossible to cancel. Working on disputing charges! Do not pay for a subscription

Coming up on a year’s subscription and still series are incomplete. Will not renew this drama subscription.

Great app but hate that basically the whole story is locked

If you want to cancel your weekly subscription, you can’t do it the way the app tells you to. It doesn’t show up on your apple subscriptions. You have to go to help & feedback and cancel there. They’re the only drama series app that is trying to scam people. Shame on you!

I have tried to cancel this many times but they continue withdrawing money every week!

"I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for the past three months, but your support instructions and automated loops make it impossible to do so. My subscription is not managed through Apple or Google Play, and I am unable to locate any self-service cancellation option within my account settings. Consider this written notice that I am canceling my subscription immediately. Furthermore, because I have tried to cancel for the last three months and have been repeatedly blocked, I expect an immediate cancellation and a full refund for the last three unauthorized charges. Please confirm in writing once this has been processed."
