I agree with the others that this app is to generate money only and they do not provide legitimate opportunities. There is NO response when requesting to cancel. If they try to charge me again I will file a fraud complaint with the TX Dept of Consumer Affairs.

Company gets you to subscribe and does not make it easy to opt out of the subscription even after being a customer for almost 2 years. They only allow for email cancellation notices and then try to upsell you without actually completing your cancellation request after several attempts. I submitted 4 lease reservations just to be returned. The app glitches and the land owners don’t respond to any messages. I reached out to support twice and received no help.

In my experience with the app subscription, this is most likely a scam and most likely ran by AI. I found 3 leases in OK that I was interested in so I paid the subscription in order to contact the owner. After multiple attempts and scheduling a meeting through the app, I have yet to receive a single response and it’s been a month. I have contacted customer support via email because apparently there is no phone number. In emails I requested cancelation, refund, and to speak to a human. What I got was what seems like an AI response email that says they can cancel but non refundable. Still never spoke to a human. This seems like ghost listings to make their platform look appealing and to get you to pay the “non refundable” subscription. As for the AI responses, I’m sure their AI will respond to this review the same way it has on the other negative reviews. BEWARE IS ALL I CAN RECOMMEND

This is a complete scam, have been trying to cancel subscription for 3 years with no response, been billed 3 times all while ignoring my dozens of calls and emails

I cancelled, but still got billed. And guess what? You can’t call them. A Google search reveals that this isn’t uncommon!
