Why do we pay if we can’t watch it all the way through. Makes no sense.

I downloaded this app after watching the promotional episode and was offered a discounted price to continue watching. I accepted the offer and paid, expecting that I would then be able to continue the series. I was able to watch ONE additional episode before being told I had to wait hours to continue watching more episodes. That was extremely disappointing and not what I expected after making a purchase. If paying does not provide immediate access to continue watching, that limitation should be made very clear BEFORE payment is taken. I would not have purchased the offer had I known I would pay and then almost immediately be told to wait. The stories may be entertaining, but the way the paid access works needs to be much more transparent. ⭐️ 1 star

Misleading can’t watch all the episodes once u make a selection

Intriguing stories and attractive actors but the way the app is run is very scammy and unethical. I was charged $25 then lost access to the account and couldn’t watch anything. I emailed several times only for Oleksandr Cherniakhovskiy (Shortical response staff) to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. So, this right here reeks of SCAM if anyone is on the fence. I understand glitches and mistakes happen, but poor customer service is a choice.
