I purchased this service to view live sports. I have had a terrible experience…especially on my smartTV. Ff/Rw feature is awful (perhaps incompatible with Samsung?). I am busy so frequently pausing and trying to watch via recording…playback randomly stops and/or starts over. There is no way to resume where I left off forced to jam the 15 sec Ff button a hundred times to find my place. Customer service bot was of course no help. Just a very unfortunate and unprecedented way to experience sports. I’m honestly surprised that fox would put forward such a lackluster product. Again, could have something to do with the app’s compatibility with Samsung TV but I have several other streaming apps and none of them come close to frustrating me like this one.

Recording of Bears Jets not available. Why am I paying for fox if it doesn’t record the game I want to watch?!?

This sucks—I just paid for the subscription and I can’t access anything; it just tells me my account wasn’t found.

You can’t login to your tv provider just gives me error codes. This app and the fox sports app absolutely suck.

This app is garbage if your trying to watch football games every game is on certain apps so you’ll have to buy every app in order to watch a bunch of different games….SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED!!!!

It’s probably amazing if the app would let me sign on with my spectrum credentials, you know one of the many so called “free” apps that are included.

I really enjoy watching on this app. Love watching sports on it.

App puts you on an endless loop of sign-ins
