Charged Falsely

Fraudulent Charge - I was scanning through search results, accidentally clicked on this program, tried to exit but was notified I’d been charged. I immediately canceled subscription, never launched the app, never created account, but refund was denied twice - there was no order confirmation screen, it went through before I was aware. It also skipped the free one week trial that the vendor was promoting. Be warned.

Can’t cancel!

I accepted the 3-day free trial, decided it wasn’t for me, then tried to cancel before 9/2. I couldn’t find any way to cancel in the app and their “help” function is not accepting messages! This situation is both ridiculous and illegal!
